Celebrations
I would really like to celebrate that the lesson was overall successful. Students were engaged, despite the behavior issues that existed in the class. Also, the change idea that we came up with ended up being successful for one of my focus students, which was great to see.
Change Ideas
I would definitely still like to give this leadership opportunity to the student for it was successful for. I would like to continue to experiment with different strategies for other students who "leave" to see what results that produces.
